Job summary

RADIOLOGY ASSOCIATES OF ALBUQUERQUE PA is seeking a dedicated administrative support member to assist Teleradiology physicians and clients.

The role includes handling communications, paperwork flow, equipment maintenance, and on-call weekend coverage, with a Monday-Friday schedule 6am-2pm and overtime as available.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least one year in healthcare, and proficiency with RIS/PACS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare or physician group environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication between sites and physicians with calls.
• Manage and track all flow of paperwork.
• Responsible for equipment and area maintenance.
• Assist radiologists in general workflow and troubleshoot system errors.
• Carry out on-call weekend rotation as scheduled.
• Ensure department security and emergency contact procedures.
