Job summary

RAYUS Radiology seeks a Teleradiology Associate to provide administrative and technical support for the teleradiology department. The role involves sending radiologic images over WAN/LAN between centers and to radiologists, with a full-time remote schedule, Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting of RIS and imaging systems, image forwarding, and administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year Microsoft Office experience.
• Data entry experience.
• Proficient with using computer systems and typing.

Responsibilities

• Technological Support: copies CDs of outside read exams, forwards images and paperwork to radiologists, assists with entering outside reads, checks systems for proper function, troubleshoots FusionRIS, ACUO and eFilm, checks site status and assignments, coordinates with on-call radiologists, ensures after-hours reads are set up.
• Administrative Support: checks department voicemail and email, follows up with radiologists on exams, replenishes office supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
