You will document progress in EHRs, follow departmental guidelines, and contribute to care programs. Requires Master’s in a related field or nursing degree with state licensure and at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant human services field is required.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing is acceptable; a Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred.
• Current licensure in the relevant state is required.
• 2 years of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and psychosocial evaluations per DSM criteria.
• Assesses and implements crisis plans for high-risk patients.
• Maintains knowledge of treatment modalities.
• Documents assessments and updates in medical records.
• Communicates with medical staff and leadership.
• Participates in policy development and revision.
