Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' problems, needs, and functioning level.
• Writes treatment plans according to diagnosis, age, and clinical presentation.
• Provides psychotherapy modalities and applications based on current standards.
• Collaborates with guardians and community agencies to meet patient care needs.
• Documents patient care accurately in the medical record.
• Conducts discharge planning and coordinates follow-up with next provider.
