Advocate Health Care is seeking a Telepsychiatry professional for the GCMG Psychiatry Virtual Transition Care team in Charlotte. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, Tue-Fri 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, with a pay range of $33.05 to $49.60 per hour.

The position requires a Master's in a relevant human services field or nursing degree, licensure in the applicable state, and at least two years of clinical experience. The department emphasizes comprehensive benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or MFT).
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• Current licensure in the applicable state is required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and psychosocial evaluations on patients using DSM criteria.
• Assesses and implements the crisis plan and crisis intervention for high-risk patients.
• Maintains knowledge of treatment modalities and standards in areas of specialty.
• Communicates effectively with medical staff, leadership, and team members.
• Documents progress updates in the medical record per department standards.
• Participates in development, evaluation, and revision of departmental policies and procedures.
