Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads interdisciplinary treatment team to review data for multiple sources to produce the best patient outcomes.
• Establishes goals with the patient to meet treatment goals that are clinically appropriate and achievable.
• Utilizes evidence based therapeutic techniques for a range of mental health conditions.
• Conducts comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and monitors treatment plans.
• Provides quality individual, couple, family and/or group therapy.
• Assists with human resource responsibilities including interviewing and staff development.
• Monitors clinical productivity and develops action plans as needed.
