Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Telepsychiatry Behavioral Health clinician for a 36-hour, four-day schedule (Tue–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.). This full-time role focuses on assessments, crisis intervention, and telepsychiatry services for Billingsley Behavioral Health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant human services field required.
• Active current licensure in the applicable state required.
• 2 years of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and psychosocial evaluations per DSM criteria.
• Assess and implement crisis plans for high‑risk patients.
• Maintain current knowledge of treatment modalities.
• Identify and resolve barriers to behavioral health services.
• Uphold professional ethics and standards.
• Communicate clearly with medical staff and leadership.
• Document assessments and progress in medical records.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment in fast-paced settings.
• Assist in policy development and procedure reviews.
