Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) in Lancaster is seeking an Administrative Medical Assistant to greet clients, collect vital signs, and support the Telepsychiatry Program within the Adult and Youth MH Services Outpatient team.

You will work with providers and nurses, document in the EHR, maintain supplies, and help clients enroll in web tools like the CSG Patient Portal, while upholding Trauma-Informed Care principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma with Medical Assistant Certification.
• Healthcare/administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with providers, nurses and staff for Telepsychiatry program.
• Set up televideo equipment daily.
• Interview individuals to obtain medical information and vital signs.
• Provide and review patient education materials to improve care.
• Document clinical information in the EHR.
• Maintain supplies and keep areas clean and organized.
• Assist clients with enrollment in web/mobile tools (CSG Patient Portal).
• Ensure appointments run on time and minimize wait times.
• Notify providers of client arrivals to keep schedules.
