Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Associate degree or higher in related field.
• Certification/certification eligibility: CMA/RMA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients, record vitals, and document encounters in the EHR.
• Assist with injections under provider supervision and Universal Precautions.
• Process Rx requests, refills, and prior authorizations as requested.
• Maintain and update medical records; coordinate with clinicians as needed.
• Room patients for in-person or telehealth visits and handle calls.
