Job summary
Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide adult and adolescent mental health care in Short Pump, VA, with telemedicine support. You will assess, diagnose, and treat, including prescriptions, while following Thriveworks guidelines.

Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
- Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
- Three years of experience preferred; 1 year psychiatry required.
- Licensed and residing in the practicing state.
Responsibilities
- Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations in in-person and telemedicine settings.
- Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
- Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
- Complete paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
- Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
