Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Short Pump, VA team. The role involves in-person and telemedicine assessments for adolescents and adults, with a focus on individualized care plans.

Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $187,000 per year based on 25-35 clinical hours weekly. Applicants must be licensed in Virginia and reside in the state. No quotas on patients or prescriptions, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• Experience with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required.
• Must be licensed and live in the state in which they will be practicing.
• In-house ADHD treatment standards training and certification required.

Responsabilités

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations in in-person and telemedicine capacity.
• Willingness to treat 14 years old and up.
• Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms, as needed.
• Create and collaborate with clients on care plans.
• Complete and/or administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients and programs.
