Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Richmond, VA. The clinician will perform psychiatric Assessments for both in-person and telemedicine visits, and craft care plans for adolescents and adults aged 14+. A state license and board certification are required.

Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
- Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
- One year of psychiatry practice is required.
Responsibilities
- Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations in in-person and telemedicine settings.
- Treat patients aged 14 and up as needed.
- Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms.
- Create and update care plans in collaboration with clients.
- Complete paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
- Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff.
