Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for in-person and telemedicine care in Short Pump, VA. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $187,000 per year based on 25–35 clinical hours per week.

The clinician will assess and treat adults and adolescents, develop care plans, and collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors. The role emphasizes safe prescribing and ADHD treatment standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• Experience with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in-person and via telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14+.
• Prescribe medication to alleviate mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on comprehensive care plans with clients.
