Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Jersey City, New Jersey. Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they will practice.

This Fee for Service (W2) role offers a $71,000-$102,000 yearly range based on 15–20 hours per week, with telemedicine care for a diverse client base aged 14 and up. The position requires PMHNP board certification, Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and at least 1 year psychiatry experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in NJ.
• AdvancedMD EMR experience a plus.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year psychiatry is required.
• Must be licensed and reside in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• See intakes in person and follow up in person every 90 days.
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations in in-person and telemedicine settings.
• Treat patients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms.
• Collaborate on care plans and complete required paperwork.
