Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Jersey City, NJ for a fee-for-service W-2 role. Candidates must be licensed in NJ, have a Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and be PMHNP certified.

Expect telemedicine and in-person care for adults and adolescents, with 25–35 hours weekly and a competitive ramp stipend for part‑time availability. The compensation range is $141,000–$203,000 per year based on 25–35 weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in NJ.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• See intakes in person and follow up with clients every 90 days.
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing evaluations in in-person and telemedicine settings.
• Treat patients aged 14 and up; prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Develop and update individual care plans in collaboration with clients.
• Complete required paperwork and use assessment tools per guidelines.
