Responsibilities

• Deep hands-on migration experience in voice telephony and CPaaS (e.g., Twilio, Vonage, Sinch, Infobip).
• Plan and execute production cutovers of live communications workloads.
• Read/modify integration code in C, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python; work with SDKs, REST APIs, and webhooks; debug live call/message flows from logs.
• Working knowledge of Azure for communications workloads, identity, networking, and event monitoring.

• Deep handson migration experience in one or more of voice telephony SIP PSTN SBC carrier messaging SMS RCS WhatsApp email delivery CPaaS eg Twilio Vonage Sinch Bandwidth Infobip or contact center eg Genesys NICE Amazon Connect Five9 Teams Dynamics based Depth in one area beats shallow coverage of all.

• Personally planned and executed at least two production cutovers of a live communications workload carrying real users or traffic.
