Job summary

Accenture in Nashville seeks an experienced migration specialist to support Accenture Flex projects that deliver communications workloads onsite in the local metro area. You will work across teams to migrate voice telephony, CPaaS integrations, and related services using SIP, PSTN, and modern APIs.

The role requires hands-on migration and debugging of live flows, with collaboration across diverse teams and technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on migration experience in voice telephony and related CPaaS.
• Experience with contact center platforms (Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Five9, Teams Dynamics).
• Able to read/modify integration code and debug live flows.

• Plan and execute production cutovers with real traffic.

• Deep handson migration experience in one or more of voice telephony SIP PSTN SBC carrier messaging SMS RCS WhatsApp email delivery CPaaS eg Twilio Vonage Sinch Bandwidth Infobip or contact center eg Genesys NICE Amazon Connect Five9 Teams Dynamics based Depth in one area beats shallow coverage of all.

• Personally planned and executed at least two production cutovers of a live communications workload carrying real users or traffic.

• Able to read and modify integration code C JavaScript TypeScript Java or Python work with SDKs REST APIs and webhooks and debug live call message flows from logs and telemetry.

• Working knowledge of Azure as it applies to communications workloads identity networking event monitoring.
