Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced RN to provide medical management for workers' compensation injured employees. The role involves case management via telephonic contact with medical providers, employers, and claims professionals, coordinating care and facilitating return-to-work when possible.

Required are a nursing degree and an active RN license with at least 3 years of acute care experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree from applicable program of training.
• Active Registered Nursing license in state of practice or CM-perform states.
• 3+ years clinical experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical management for workers' compensation injured employees.
• Perform case management via telephonic contact with providers, employers and claims professionals.
• Coordinate appropriate evaluation, treatment and counseling; communicate with involved parties.
• Analyze treatment results and identify suitable return-to-work opportunities.
