Job summary

The Salvation Army seeks a Full Time Telephone Room supervisor at ARC-MEMPHIS ARC WAREHOUSE in Memphis, TN. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure calls are answered, directed, and transferred professionally, and help coordinate scheduled pickups.

You will supervise, train, and evaluate staff, monitor recordkeeping for pickups, and complete required forms, contributing to reliable donor and public-facing service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months experience assisting the public or operating a switchboard or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
