Job summary

Crown Automotive Group is seeking a Full-Time Telephone Operator to handle a high volume of incoming calls for its multiple franchises. The role offers a smaller, family-like setting with an immediate start.

Experience in switchboard operator or call center is important. Responsibilities include answering calls, routing, transferring, and email communication as needed.

Qualifications

• Multi-line experience preferred.
• Polite telephone manner and personality.
• Outstanding communication skills required.
• Ability to email as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must prove eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Answer a large volume of incoming calls.
• Determine caller needs and direct accordingly.
• Transfer calls to appropriate parties.
• May compose and send emails as needed.

*SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR OR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE ISIMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION*

Like most call centers, you would be working in a structured environment with responsibilities that include:

• Answering a large volume of incoming calls
• Determining where the callers need to be directed
• Transferring the call appropriately
• May include composing and sending emails
