Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System is seeking a Video Monitor Tech/Tele Tech/Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care for adults and pediatrics. Under the direction of the Director and/or Nurse Manager, you will support patient monitoring and basic care.

Responsibilities include video monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and assisting with daily living activities, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• LNA certification and NH Nursing Assistant license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• One year acute care experience preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients and significant others; performs behavioral checks.
• Performs basic dysrhythmia interpretation and monitoring.
• Monitors video monitoring of patients.
• Assists with activities of daily living under supervision.
• Deploys and picks up video/telemetry monitoring equipment.
• Documents care and interventions provided; maintains time management.
• Maintains clean, safe patient care areas and supplies.
• Receives delegated work per the five rights of delegation.
• Performs job-specific duties and supports new employees as a preceptor.
