Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports patient observations to the RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policies and demonstrates time management.
• Maintains patient care areas for cleanliness, safety and supplies.
• Receives delegated work and adheres to the five rights of delegation.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
