Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Proof of LNA education certificate and final competency testing reports as required by NH Board of Nursing.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a health care team.

Responsabilidades

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of patient areas and supplies.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
