Children’s Minnesota in Minneapolis seeks a Unit Support Technician to provide exceptional customer service to families, staff and visitors while monitoring telemetry on the CVICU unit. This role alerts clinicians to acute changes and generates telemetry reports daily, serving as a critical liaison across departments and supporting patient care on the unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Health Unit Coordinator certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients with telemetry; alert clinicians on acute changes.
• Create telemetry reports daily or as needed.
• Answer phones, direct visitors, and arrange deliveries to patient rooms.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and model service excellence.
• Serve as liaison to other departments and support unit operations and documentation.
