Job summary

HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Patient Safety Technician for our Central Hospital Operations team. The in-person role focuses on continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring, video surveillance, and supporting virtual nursing workflows to ensure patient safety and timely interventions.

Responsibilities include identifying arrhythmias, escalating changes to bedside teams, documenting rhythm interpretations and alarms, and supporting clinical staff to ensure timely patient care in a

Qualifications

• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Experience in an acute care setting as a Nursing Assistant and/or Emergency Room Technician.
• Completion of one clinical rotation in an RN or LPN program within one year.
• Completion of an EMT role with at least 1 year of EMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac telemetry for rhythm abnormalities and document interpretations.
• Provide centralized video monitoring for patient safety and support virtual nursing workflows.
• Escalate rhythm changes promptly to bedside teams and maintain timely communication.
• Support onboarding of new team members and ensure privacy and monitoring standards.
