Corewell Health's 3 North Progressive Care Unit in Troy, MI, seeks an RN to provide professional nursing care for adult patients using patient-family centered care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring timely discharge planning.

The role requires an RN license in Michigan, an associate degree with a future bachelor’s within 5 years, and ACLS/BLS in place.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required within 5 years.
• MI RN license required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and discharge patient care.
• Coordinate with patient/family to develop plans of care and educate accordingly.
• Provide high quality nursing care under the Nurse Leader guidance, ensuring documentation in health records.
