Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota is hiring a registered nurse for night shift in a permanent role. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care across units, perform assessments, and coordinate care with families and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include developing outcomes-based care plans, supervising progress, and ensuring safe, high-quality practice in line with evidence-based guidelines. Requires RN licensure and critical care/telemetry training.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years RN experience within the region.
• Med/Surgical experience beneficial for some sites.
• RN license must be active (MN or WI depending on site) and current ACLS/ALS/PALS certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and plan of care.
• Supervise progress and adjust care plan as needed.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain competence with evidence-based practice and regulations.
