Allina Health is seeking a part-time RN for the Cardiac Medicine unit at United Hospital. The role focuses on telemetry and acute care for patients with cardiovascular conditions, requiring strong assessment and care coordination skills.

Responsibilities include planning and evaluating patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and supporting experienced nurses in a family-like unit culture. Weekend rotation is every other weekend.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or vocational nursing program completion.
• 1-2 years RN experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced practice or leadership roles.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patient and family needs.
• Develop and update care plans with measurable outcomes.
