Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast in Langhorne, PA is seeking a dedicated RN for full-time night shifts (7p–7a) to deliver patient- and family-centered care. You will use the nursing process, collaborate with inter-professional teams, and support education for patients and families while pursuing quality and safety improvements.

The role requires an RN license in Pennsylvania, BLS certification, and a Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and respectful collaboration with patients and families.
Cultural awareness of diverse backgrounds and ability to connect effectively.
Effective communication skills to transmit and interpret information with patients and families.
Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
Shift/Hours: Full Time/Nights – 36 hours weekly (7p–7a).

Responsibilities

Interact with patients, families, co-workers and staff to deliver evidence-based, safe nursing care.
Identify learning priorities with patients and families and provide education.
Utilize information technology to communicate, manage knowledge and monitor outcomes.
Work within inter-professional teams to ensure safe, coordinated care.
Participate in committees and quality/safety initiatives.
Support preceptorship and opportunities for staff development.
