Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or higher preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to apply evidence-based practice and standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and families to provide compassionate care.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Uses information systems to document and monitor patient care.
