Job summary

Great River Health Systems in West Burlington, IA seeks a Registered Nurse for Telemetry (part-time, 36 hours/week) to support inpatient care on the night shift. You will collaborate with nursing leadership and bedside staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include staffing assignments, real-time coaching, and staff development. A 15k sign-on is offered for qualified candidates and a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing and RN license for Iowa.
• Active status on required trainings and education per corporate policy.

Responsibilities

• Aid and assist in day-to-day operations of the Inpatient Nursing unit.
• Work closely with managers/directors; assign work, coach in real time, and reward good performance.
