Great River Health in Iowa is seeking a Patient Care Technician (CNA) for the Telemetry Unit. This part-time role offers 36 hours per week with a 6:30am–7:00pm schedule, every other weekend, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

The CNA provides basic patient care under a licensed nurse, supports adult, geriatric, and telemetry patients, and maintains safety and accuracy in documentation and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of C.N.A. course required or to complete within four months of hire date.
• Computer experience required.
• Health care experience within the last five years preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic patient care under direction of a licensed nurse.
• Respond to call lights promptly and assist patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transport patients as needed.
• Document care and monitor patient conditions per policy.
• Operate and use equipment such as nurse call, telemetry and monitoring devices.
