Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Medical/Surgical Unit-6E-Neuro Care in Phoenix. The role involves delivering patient-centered care, creating and adjusting care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with the care team to support stroke patients.

Applicants should hold an Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing, with RN licensure in Arizona. BSN is preferred, and a Sign-On Bonus is available. The position is day shift and on-site at the John C Lincoln facility.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience as applicable.
• Arizona RN licensure required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients per ANA standards and ethics.
• Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans with family involvement.
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapies per policy.
• Document nursing actions and patient progress for quality care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and safety.
