Job summary

Emerus is hiring an Inpatient Registered Nurse to support PCU/Step-Down/Tele RN roles in a 20-bed small-format hospital in Pennsylvania.

The position is full-time, night shift (7a-7p), with differential pay for night and weekend work. Requires an RN license in PA, 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU or related roles, BLS/ACLS, and preferred PALS. BSN is a plus. Modern hospital with a mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• 2+ years in Telemetry or ICU or related healthcare roles.
• Current BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred (ENPC may substitute).
• English communication skills required (written and spoken).
• Act 33 and Act 73 clearances completed or obtained before start.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care as the primary nurse.
• Adhere to physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Provide equipment and supplies for procedures in the unit.
