Job summary

HonorHealth’s Telemetry Unit-3N/3W in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Registered Nurse for night shifts. The RN will apply ANA standards, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN or have 5+ years RN experience, and must have AZ RN licensure. A stroke education addendum is required prior to start, with a potential bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• RN with Arizona license required.
• BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience at time of hire.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Stroke education addendum applies prior to start.
• BSN preferred if available.

Responsibilities

• Follow ANA standards and Code of Ethics; assess and plan care.
• Administer medications and manage IVs and therapies.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, post-care and home care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff and students.
