Job summary

Prime Healthcare Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for Telemetry/Med-Surg. Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certification required on hire and maintain.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• RN-BC or similar certification; preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in Telemetry.
• Provide direct patient care and educate patients and families.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and treatment.
