Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical Requirements: Medium Work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; document status, interventions, and outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain confidential patient charts, use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
• Promote and advocate for patient health and safety, and educate patients/families.
