Job summary

Mercy is seeking registered nurses for 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) with rotational weekends. Sign-on bonuses for new grads and experienced RNs, plus education assistance and relocation options.

You will provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate with other departments to deliver coordinated care. Mercy supports growth, teamwork, and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical requirements: lift 50 pounds regularly; prolonged standing/walking; reach/bend/kneel/twist/squat.
