Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or upcoming Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical requirements: Push/pull/lift 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
