Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced RN for the Mercy unit (34403 Carolinas Medical Center: Mercy - Nursing: 6 South) to deliver and coordinate patient care during three 12-hour night shifts weekly (7pm–7am), with weekend and holiday requirements. Full-time schedule supports growth within a Magnet-designated nursing environment.

You will practice evidence-based care, contribute to a safe patient environment, and support positive patient experiences across the continuum,

Qualifications

• 1 year inpatient nursing experience preferred; at least 6 months outside the New Grad residency program.
• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create a safe environment and best patient experience.
