Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical requirements: ability to push/pull/lift 50 pounds, stand and walk for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Work 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am) with rotational weekends.
• Fulfill duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and standards.
