The RN will provide direct patient care in a 35-bed unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of ~4:1 to 5:1 depending on acuity, participate in self-scheduling, and uphold confidentiality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or compact license accepted.
• Experience in telemetry or cardiac care preferred.
• Strong patient-care and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, document accurately.
