Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on Med/Surg Telemetry unit during night shift.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed (e.g., heparin drips, acute meds).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, timely care.

Schedule: Nights Shift, 12*3 36hours/week

• Unit: 32 beds | Ratio: 1:5

• Patient Population: Adult & older adult

• Experience: Documented Med/Tele experience required

• Clinical Skills: Trauma care, heparin drips & acute medications

• Certifications: BLS & ACLS required

• EMR: EPIC

• RTO: No RTO

• Preferred: Skilled Nursing/Rehab or NICHE training

• Equipment: Gait belts, geriatric chairs & PT equipment

• Checklist: Required
