Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Registered Nurse on a 13-week onsite contract for Telemetry, with a night shift schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in Austin, TX. The role demands ACLS/BLS and CPR certifications, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and respiratory care experience.

Expect weekend rotations every other weekend and no-call duty. Starter date 9/30/2026, 13 weeks, with a weekly stipend of $1,470 and base pay of $261 per week, totaling $1,731 weekly.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification may be required; ACLS preferred.
• CPR certification required for RN role.
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation and advanced respiratory care experience are needed.

Responsibilities

• Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week in Telemetry/Med Surg
• Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and respond to arrhythmias
• Manage cardiac drips and respiratory care as assigned

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation
• Respiratory experience – advanced airways, oxygen management
• Cardiac drips – not titrated

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• ACLS/ALS

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Stress tests, Heart Cath, CABG
• Paracentesis, Thoracetesis, Chest Tubes
