Job summary

TalentBurst is hiring an RN for MedSurg/Telemetry in Atlanta, GA. The position requires MS/TELE experience, with a 28-bed PCU/IMCU cardiac population and nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3–4. BLS/ACLS are required. Day shifts are 12 hours, three days per week, onsite.

Start date is 9/20/2026 for a 13-week contract. Compensation includes stipends and base pay; total weekly pay is reported as $1,900 before taxes.

Qualifications

• Must have documented MS/TELE experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar sized facility.
• 28 bed PCU/IMCU with cardiac population.
• STEMI/NSTEMI care experience and cardiac drips knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in MedSurg/Telemetry units.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Description:

Must have documented MS/TELE exp in work history, min 2 years in similar sized facility. 28 bed PCU/IMCU with cardiac population. Ratio 1:3-4. STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, C/P. Cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors).

May also be assigned to telemetry beds in the same unit with lower acuity levels. BLS/ACLS required.
