Dignity Health's Mercy Hospital of Folsom is seeking a Medical Telemetry Nurse Shift Manager to lead and coordinate our nursing team, ensuring timely, compassionate, life-saving care for patients in critical situations. You will oversee patient flow, assign staff, and address clinical and operational challenges while promoting safety and teamwork.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing, active California RN license, BLS and ACLS, plus at least two years of critical care

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in California and a current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification is required or must be obtained.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a related specialty.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing staff during the shift and assigns patients based on condition and skill level.
• Monitors care, educates staff, and institutes emergency procedures when needed.
• Anticipates staffing needs and coordinates resources accordingly.
• Maintains supplies and updates patient records for next shifts.
