Job summary

Mercy Hospital of Folsom is seeking a Medical Telemetry Nurse Shift Manager to lead our nursing team, ensure timely and compassionate care, and coordinate patient flow in a high-acuity setting. Qualifications

• RN with Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Two+ years of clinical RN experience.
• Active California RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Telemetry/Medical-Surgical unit experience preferred.

• Educate and supervise staff on patient care and safety.
