Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of California.
• BLS from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient flow and allocates resources for timely care.
• Mentors and supervises nursing staff; ensures adherence to protocols and safety standards.
• Acts as a key liaison for interdepartmental communication and operational challenges.
• Oversees stocking of supplies and maintains up-to-date patient records for shift readiness.
