Responsibilities

• Ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all unit functions during the shift.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the management team.
• Act as a resource for staff and model the organization’s values to support patient experience and outcomes.
• Assist with admissions and discharges to maintain throughput and quality care.
• Support interviewing, selection, training, and action plans for staff development.
