Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within an interdisciplinary team, following the latest evidence-based practices to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include a valid NJ nursing license, BSN preferred within three years, BLS/CPR and ACLS, telemetry certification, and at least six months of nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid New Jersey Nursing license.
• BSN strongly preferred or completed within 3 years of hire.
• Active AHA BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• 1 year nursing experience in critical care or ED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based practices and standards of care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Communicate and coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Document care and monitor patient status, ensuring timely interventions.
